The first 200 hours of this course will focus on the advanced study of Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. For the remaining 100 hours of the course, students will have an option to continue with their Primary Series practice or to begin preparation for the Intermediate Series. The last two weeks of the course will be a taster introduction to the dynamic Intermediate Series. Though the student will be given the option, it is ultimately at the discretion of the teacher whether the student is ready to begin Intermediate Series or should continue to work on Primary Series.
